These Terms of Use govern your use of all services operated by The Archive of American Radio, Inc., including our website and the Anthology mobile application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

We provide access to a collection of historical radio drama recordings, including streaming, downloading for offline listening, creating playlists, and tracking listening history.

3. Content and Copyright

The audio recordings in our collection consist of works that are in the public domain in the United States. Any original content we create (including metadata and descriptions) is owned by The Archive of American Radio, Inc.

4. Permitted Use

You may:

• Stream and download content for personal, non-commercial use
• Share links to our services
• Create playlists for your personal use

You may not:

• Redistribute our content through other platforms without permission
• Use our services for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempt to circumvent any technical measures

5. User Accounts

Our mobile applications do not require user accounts. Your listening data is stored locally on your device and may sync via your personal iCloud account.

6. Purchases

If you purchase our app or any in-app content, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, content availability, or that audio quality will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Archive of American Radio, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
