We provide access to a collection of historical radio drama recordings, including streaming, downloading for offline listening, creating playlists, and tracking listening history.
The audio recordings in our collection consist of works that are in the public domain in the United States. Any original content we create (including metadata and descriptions) is owned by The Archive of American Radio, Inc.

Our mobile applications do not require user accounts. Your listening data is stored locally on your device and may sync via your personal iCloud account.
If you purchase our app or any in-app content, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, content availability, or that audio quality will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Archive of American Radio, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
